Behind every Frozen Sunshine iceblock is a simple idea: if it’s real, it tastes better.
That’s why every batch starts the same way with fresh Australian fruit, creamy coconut milk, and natural ingredients you can pronounce. No syrups. No shortcuts. Just sunshine you can taste.
Our production days smell like summer… bright mango, fresh lime, bursts of passionfruit, as small batches are blended by hand right here on the Sunshine Coast. It’s a slower way to make iceblocks, but it’s the only way we’d have it.
Flavours With Personality
Each flavour in the range has a little story of its own:
🥭 Mango Swirl - the golden crowd-pleaser, made from real mango puree for a tropical hit that feels like a beach holiday in a stick.
🍍 Sunshine Punch – a bright, fruity mix that’s a nod to our coastal roots — bold, juicy, and a little bit cheeky.
🍓 Strawberry Lemonade – sweet meets tangy; the flavour of backyard summers and sticky fingers.
🍉 Watermelon Lime – the one that tastes like school holidays and long afternoons.
🍫 Dark Chocolate – rich, dairy-free indulgence for those who prefer their sunshine a little smoother.
🍪 Cookie Crumble – nostalgia wrapped in coconut cream — the perfect afternoon pick-me-up.
💛 Passionfruit Tart – zingy, creamy, and totally unique (and yes, we still scrape every seed by hand).
🥥 Coconut Ginger (4-pack only) – our cult favourite; smooth, spiced, and a little surprising.

Frozen Sunshine started small: a few freezers, a handful of stockists, and a dream to make better frozen treats for Aussie families.
We still make every iceblock ourselves. Blending, tasting, freezing, and packing by hand. Why? Because flavour is more than ingredients; it’s also about care, craft, and community.
