Champagne Strawberry Blocktail

This fruity and fizzy blocktail has summer brunch written all over it.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 punnet fresh strawberries

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • 180 mL (6 shots) vodka

  • 1 bottle Champagne or Cider Brut

  • 6 x Strawberry Lemonade Iceblocks

  • Edible flowers, to garnish

1. Use a blender or stick mixer to puree the strawberries, sugar and vodka.

2. Distribute the strawberry puree evenly between 6 champagne flutes or coupes.

3. Place a Strawberry Lemonade iceblock in each glass.

4. Top with Champagne.
