Cookie CrumbleAt Frozen Sunshine we make our own gluten-free, vegan chocolate cookies to create our take on the classic “Cookies & Cream”. We crumble chunks of these into a creamy coconut base and throw in shavings of dark Belgian chocolate to make it even more delicious.
